For the majority of services we do not bill insurance (see Fee Structure, below). We are happy to provide out-of-network clients with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company if you wish. A super-bill has all the necessary information that an insurer needs to reimburse you for services if your plan allows. It does not guarantee payment from your insurance company.
Dr. Connor Fais is paneled with Aetna insurance. Dependent upon your plan’s mental health benefits, his services may be covered.

Intake: $275
This first session typically lasts for 75-80 minutes. We’ll learn as much about your concerns as possible and we will talk about treatment options and strategy.
Each additional session: $190
Sessions typically last between 45-55 minutes

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged for the session.

We do not maintain a 24-hour emergency number. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. In the event of a psychiatric emergency, call 988 or, in Franklin County, you can also call the Psychiatric Crisis line at 614-722-1800.
